E. R. Munro's New Website
Social Media Coordinator
From around January 2021 - September 2021, I worked closely with Forge3 to update E. R. Munro and Company's website. Before this project, the site had many broken links, was difficult to navigate, and was not mobile friendly. This made the website more user friendly, interactive, and mobile friendly. My goal was to help the company appeal to younger audiences by including a new chat feature, fillable forms, and more personalized features for employees to use and connect with clients. Internship
Social Media/ Marketing Intern
During my 90 days of employment at Marine Federal Credit Union the statistics included a 27.5% increase in Facebook followers with an increase of 15k engagements. Pinterest and YouTube impressions both increased over 50%. Twitter increased 6.9% and Instagram increased 12.83% (plus increased followers).

In order to further help members and increase engagement on the credit union's YouTube page, I created a video describing services offered during the pandemic, here. This was one of my larger projects and the video was very well received by members and my superiors. The video was also used as a paid advertisement on Facebook for a bit during the pandemic to reach more members.
College Practicum
Social Media/ Marketing Intern
For my practicum project, I created a video for the accounting department at Point Park University that would be published on the website for incoming students to see the benefits of majoring in accounting at Point Park. The video was published on the website immediately, and received praise from the department head and faculty. It can be viewed, here. It can also be seen on their accounting page below.
